Social Media Outreach

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us grow our brand through direct social media outreach.
This is not a content creation role, we’re looking for someone who knows how to find aligned creators, brands, influencers, and community partners, and start real conversations with them via DMs and comments.

Who We Are:

We’re a fast-growing food brand based in the U.S. making better-for-you snacks that actually taste like treats. Think nostalgic baked goods — but made with ingredients your body understands. Our customers are health-conscious but also have a sense of humor and style. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we do move fast.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Finding aligned influencers, creators, and wellness brands on Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Reddit
• Sending personalized DMs to creators for product seeding and potential collaborations
• Engaging with comments and posts from aligned accounts to help increase visibility
• Keeping track of outreach using Google Sheets
• Writing in a voice that’s fun, casual, and not robotic

What You WON’T Be Doing:
• Creating content
• Managing a content calendar
• Writing captions
• Posting on our brand page
(We already have that covered — your job is purely outreach and engagement.)

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong written English — natural, conversational, and clear
• Experience doing outreach for a brand, influencer, or yourself
• Ability to follow a voice/style guide
• Highly organized (you’ll be juggling dozens of DMs at once)
• Familiar with modern brands in food, fitness, or wellness space is a big plus

Schedule & Pay:
• Part-time (20-25 hrs/week to start with opportunity for more over time)
• Flexible hours, but must be able to check in during U.S. mornings at least once a day
• Pay based on experience
