VA for Lead Sourcing & Outreach (Any Brand Shipping Products in Bulk)

We’re hiring a resourceful, no-BS Virtual Assistant to help us grow HexPrep — a U.S.-based prep center and fulfillment warehouse with tax-free locations in Oregon and Chicago.

You’ll be hunting brands that ship physical products, whether they’re selling on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, their own website, or out of a garage in France. If they’re sending inventory to the U.S., we want to talk to them.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Dig up brand leads using Apollo, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, Hunter, Sales Navigator, etc.

Find owners/operators and grab their contact info (email, LinkedIn, IG DM)

Send cold DMs/emails using our script templates

Track all outreach and responses in Google Sheets or CRM

Pass good leads to our team to close as clients

You’re a Fit If:
You can research like a stalker (in a good way)

You understand what a private label, DTC, or bulk seller looks like

You’ve done outreach and actually got replies before

You’re not afraid to scrape info, get creative, or dig deep to find leads

Bonus if you know tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Keepa, Sales Nav, Helium 10
