GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant / Lead-Gen & Appointment Setter

We need a full-time VA who already knows GoHighLevel and can help us turn leads into booked demos for our SaaS, cleaning, recruitment, and immigration offers. (READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION)

Your daily work
• Add & tag new leads in GoHighLevel pipelines.
• Build / update simple automations (forms, triggers, calendars).
• Send follow-up emails & SMS, reply to client questions in clear English.
• Call warm leads (using our script) to confirm discovery-call times and move them to the “Booked” stage.
• Prepare weekly reports showing demos booked and revenue made.
• Coordinate with our ad buyer (you won’t manage ads, just supply copy & creative when asked).

Must-haves
? 1 yr+ hands-on GoHighLevel experience.
? Great written & spoken English; comfortable making phone calls.
? Detail lover who fixes problems fast.

Nice-to-haves
• Past work with cleaning, recruitment, home services,, immigration, or SaaS leads.
• Canva or video-editing skills.
