AI Image Prompt Specialist

We’re hiring a ChatGPT Image Prompt Specialist to help us generate high-converting photo ads at scale. This role is not for beginners - you’ll need a sharp eye, a deep understanding of prompt engineering, and a proven ability to get refined, non-generic results from ChatGPT’s image generation tools (4o and newer).

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft 10 to 15 high-quality prompts daily that generate stunning, brand-aligned photo ads

- Continuously refine your prompts to get better lighting, framing, object placement, and realism

- Think creatively — adapt to various ad concepts, themes, and emotional angles

- Analyze existing prompts and improve them for speed, accuracy, and conversion potential

- (Optional) Use Photoshop or Canva for basic editing or touch-ups if needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 4 months+ experience with AI tools, especially ChatGPT v4 with image generation

- A portfolio of your prompts + their final results (we need to see both, not just the images)

Not interested in “basic Pinterest-style” outputs — you must know how to prompt for lighting, props, emotion, realism, framing, stylization, etc.

- Fast worker who takes feedback well and iterates quickly

- Bonus: Experience generating images for Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok ads

Trial & Pay Structure:

- 5-day paid trial at $2.50/hr

- After a successful trial, pay increases to $3.00/hr

- Performance-based bonuses and raises available after weekly/monthly reviews

Portfolio Requirement:

To be considered, include a prompt + output sample set. Show us:

- Prompted images you’ve created using ChatGPT (or Claude, Midjourney, etc.)

- The actual prompts used to generate those images

- Examples where you intentionally styled for product ads, aesthetics, or realism

Applications without both prompts and outputs will not be reviewed. You may link a Google Drive, Behance, Notion doc, personal site, or attach directly.
