Social Media Marketing Specialist

MuseFlow.ai is an innovative, AI-powered piano learning platform dedicated to improving musicians' sight reading skills. We are seeking a creative, results-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our remote team, beginning on a part-time basis. You will develop and execute compelling digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms, acting as a key voice for our brand and helping us connect with aspiring musicians, dedicated teachers, and supportive parents worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms–including written content and short-form videos.
* Create and distribute a monthly newsletter featuring news, helpful tips, and community highlights to nurture engagement.
* Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:
* 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
* Skilled in crafting engaging visual and written social media content.
* Strong proficiency in social-media and email marketing tools.
* Excellent English writing and communication skills.
* Available for at least 10 hours/week overlapping with Pacific Time (US) business hours for effective collaboration.

Highly Preferred:
* Experience playing a musical instrument.
