Care Coordinator and Phone Support Specialist
Work-from-Home | Full-Time | Eastern (New York) Hours
Are you a people-person with near-perfect English, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping others? We are a young and very fast-growing New York-based healthcare startup seeking a warm, articulate, and highly organized Care and Intake Coordinator to join our team.
Requirements for the job:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in healthcare, customer support, or patient intake.
- You should have clear and confident spoken English with a neutral or American accent, as you’ll be speaking directly with U.S. clients.
- You’ve made outbound calls to clients or patients before to gather information or provide support.
- You’re comfortable answering inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and poise.
- You’re highly organized, can multitask easily, and document call details with accuracy.
- You’re comfortable using online tools such as CRMs, EHR, and spreadsheets.
- You must be able to work U.S.-based hours (Eastern Time Zone).
- Experience in behavioral health is a plus.
