Suave Pools is a fast-growing commercial pool service and renovation company based in Metro Atlanta. We specialize in maintaining and upgrading commercial swimming pools for HOAs, aquatic centers, and municipal facilities. Our services include routine maintenance, equipment upgrades, seasonal openings and closings, and full-scale renovations such as plaster resurfacing, pump room rebuilds, and splash pad construction.

As we grow, we’re investing in systems, marketing, and operations that will support our team, improve client experience, and solidify our reputation as a leader in commercial aquatics.
This is a long-term, remote position with consistent work and a supportive team.
Your Role Will Include:
Operations Tasks
• Manage and update technician schedules weekly and daily (using
• Monitor Slack for updates or delays from technicians
• If a route is missed:
• Follow up with the technician
• Notify the client
• Update the schedule accordingly
• Input new client details into Skimmer and HubSpot
• Keep our internal CRM (HubSpot) up to date with tasks, notes, and follow-ups
Marketing & Social Media
• Create and schedule social media posts per week
• Suggest creative content ideas aligned with our company values and service
• Work with provided content (photos, videos, etc.) and turn them into branded posts
• Monitor comments and DMs, and notify the team if engagement needs a response
Proposal Management
• Help create and send client proposals (we’ll provide templates and guidance)
• Log proposals in HubSpot and manage the status using our automation system
• Follow up with leads if needed
CRM & Task Management
• Create and assign tasks using HubSpot
• Keep a clear running task list for team accountability
• Complete a daily checklist and post an end-of-day summary of what you worked on
Work Schedule
• 6 hours/day, Monday through Saturday (during the month of May)
• After May, the role may shift to Monday–Friday based on workload
• Flexible hours but must be available during 8 AM – 2 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience using HubSpot or other CRMs
• Social media posting and Canva/graphic experience is a big plus
