We seek a detail-oriented, proactive assistant to support our property acquisitions operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Research & Contact Management
- Research property ownership information using online resources
- Update and maintain contact databases with accurate information
- Organize lead information for follow-up communications
2. Market Analysis & Property Prospecting
- Monitor property listings in target markets using established criteria
- Identify potential investment opportunities based on company guidelines
- Contact real estate agents to gather information on properties
- Document findings and present promising opportunities to management
3. Investor Database Development
- Research and compile information on property investors in target markets
- Organize investor profiles including preferences and investment history
- Maintain updated investor contact information
4. Reporting & Administrative Support
- Track key performance metrics for the acquisitions team
- Create and organize property and deal summaries
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
5. Business Development
- Research creative strategies for finding off-market properties
- Suggest improvements to existing processes
- Support implementation of new acquisition strategies
