Experienced Virtual Assistant – Cash Buyer Specialist (Wholesale Real Estate)

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who specializes in finding and vetting cash buyers for wholesale real estate deals. Your main role will be to identify, qualify, and engage with cash buyers—especially those actively flipping properties—in targeted markets.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Locate and identify active cash buyers using tools such as Facebook Groups, Craigslist, PropStream, and InvestorLift.

Engagement & Outreach: Start conversations, build relationships, and assess buyer interest and investment preferences.

Data Collection: Gather detailed information including buyer “buy box,” preferred locations, and budget ranges.

Database Management: Create a well-organized, easy-to-navigate buyers list and upload data to our internal platform.

? Requirements:

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Prior experience finding and vetting cash buyers for wholesale real estate deals.

Comfortable using online tools like Facebook, Craigslist, PropStream, and InvestorLift (InvestorLift experience is a major plus).

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Confident, professional communication skills.
