Data Entry & Automation Assistant (CRM & GPT Workflow)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry & Automation Assistant to support our lead generation workflows. This role involves entering contact and property information from our CRM or spreadsheets into a custom GPT (ChatGPT) prompt to generate personalized email sequences. You will then copy the generated emails into HubSpot CRM templates, assign the correct sequences, and enroll contacts into automated outreach campaigns.

Your accuracy and attention to detail will be crucial, as mistakes in this process could lead to significant brand damage. Ideal candidates will be tech-savvy, meticulous, and able to follow detailed processes with consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
-Transfer contact data from spreadsheets or CRM into ChatGPT-based workflows
-Generate personalized email copy via custom GPT prompts
-Enter generated copy into HubSpot CRM templates and workflows
-Enroll contacts into specified outreach sequences
-Maintain 100?curacy and consistency throughout the process
-Report any process issues or potential improvements
