Annual Comp: $10,500 – $15,900 USD (incl. bonus + benefits)

We’re hiring a Staff Accountant in the Philippines who’s hungry to learn, thrives on ownership, and wants to master not just accounting, but the strategy behind business growth.

What You’ll Do:
• Classify daily bank and credit card feeds
• Prepare semi-monthly AP & AR reports with clarity and accuracy
• Generate weekly KPI and Sales performance reports
• Perform accurate, timely month-end close
• Book accruals and proactively flag inconsistencies
• Maintain clean, organized workflows and SOPs
• Process payroll (when applicable)
• Support 10–20 clients seamlessly, without friction
• Stay responsive and engaged during your assigned working hours via Slack

Requirements:
• CPA
• Experience with U.S.-based clients (QuickBooks Online required)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong internet connection and reliable equipment

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Pay: $750/month
• Performance Bonus: $25/client/month, based on on-time and accurate delivery
• 13th Month Pay
• Maxicare Platinum Plus (stipend after 3 months)
• 10 Philippine holidays + 15 days for Vacation/Sick/Personal/Bereavement
• Total Annual Comp Range: $10,000 – $15,000 USD (with performance bonuses)
