Your mission?
• Take ownership of our highest-impact projects, driving them from start to finish.
• Structure, track, and report on project plans using tools like Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets.
• Keep teams aligned, hold stakeholders accountable, and prevent project drift.
• Develop SOPs, process docs, and clear workflows that keep everyone moving efficiently.
• Oversee recruiting logistics: job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking.
• Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.

— WHAT YOU BRING —
• 5+ years of senior project management experience
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time
• Mastery of Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data analysis
• Strong command of Asana, Notion, and Google Workspace
• A knack for strategic thinking — you see the big picture and can break it down into actionable steps
• Independent execution: You don’t need hand-holding
• A service-oriented, solutions-focused mindset
