Real Estate VA|Sales Expert

We’re a remote company specializing in real estate wholesaling in Florida. We connect motivated property owners with serious cash buyers and investors.

Important:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales required.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Following up with warm investor leads
• Presenting off-market properties and answering key questions
• Calling homeowners to ask a few pre-set qualifying questions
• Coordinating between sellers, buyers, and our team
• Optionally updating spreadsheets, CRM, or tracking sheets
• If needed: finding new seller leads via Zillow or investor leads via online platforms (BiggerPockets, Facebook, etc.)

You’re a great fit if you:
• Speak and write excellent English (neutral/American accent preferred)
• Have real experience in wholesaling
• Understand how assignment contracts and investor communication works
• Are confident, proactive, and can handle lead flow and follow-ups independently
• Are resourceful — when things are slow, you know how to take initiative

Work Details:
• Part-time: 20 hours/week to start
• Flexible schedule (EST time zone)
• Pay: $5–7/hour
