About Me
Entrepreneur based in New York City.
I run a social media influencer brand, with a paid fanpage.

I also provide in-person consulting servies and appearances across the United States. In this area, I work with High Net Worth and Ultra Hight Net Worth clients.

I am looking for a full time executive assistant to help me with it all. Building my CRM to manage clients, client communication (impersonating me), coordinating travel, personal tasks, and building a social media brand (on Twitter only).

About the Role
I am based in NYC, USA. I operate on EST time zone, occasionally work in PST, and sometimes travel to Europe.

I'm looking for a full-time Executive Assistant who is very smart, highly organized, and fluent in English (female preferred). You’ll support both creative and operational sides of the business: curating visual content, handling personal logistics, managing clients, and building systems that make the business more scalable. This is a long-term, high-trust position with close daily collaboration, a lot of autonomy, and direct exposure to a brand that moves quickly and expects excellence.

Key Requirements
- Sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement (NDA)
- Very smart and fast-learning
- Perfect written English (spoken accent is fine—this is not a client-facing role)
- Female preferred (for brand tone alignment), but I am open
- Available for daily and on-demand video calls
- Can do some work 7 days a week or build team to off-board
- Someone who can help me create onboarding documents, task flows, and SOPs is ideal

High Priority Responsibilities
- Join a daily video call with me to strategize, plan, and align on goals (plus be available for additional ad hoc calls as needed)
- Bump a key website listing every 4 hours, 24 hours a day (training provided), then offboard this task to a second assistant you recruit and manage
- Create and maintain a detailed CRM by reviewing client message threads, summarizing via ChatGPT, and entering data into Google Sheets
- Conduct scripted outreach to select clients (from my account) to gather additional information and enhance CRM profiles
- Act as a personal assistant: schedule doctor and beauty appointments, order groceries, research and find top-tier tailors and stylists in NYC and other cities

Will Grow to Include
- Schedule and coordinate a month-long travel itinerary to visit clients across cities, including flight booking, hotels, ground transport, and time zone adjustments
- Monitor inbox and client messages across platforms, and convert ongoing conversations into clearly formatted calendar invites that summarize date, time, location, client name, and relevant notes
- Review photos from my camera roll and propose content ideas that align with X’s current engagement algorithm
- Research what types of suggestive content perform well on X (without triggering suppression), and understand visual strategies to increase virality
- Select the best photos, suggest crop, and present me with 3–5 options for each post
- Apply photo and video edits (crop, blur, color adjust)
- Set up and maintain an expense and profit tracking system for both business and personal cash flow

Test Task
- Curate a 5-item fan wishlist ($20–$200 each) that reflects my brand
- I will provide my marketing materials to guide your curation
