Graphic Designer

I will need someone who can create a website design and can do create the website as a whole in Wix.com. Ideally someone who knows how to create a design that moves. Not static. I want it to be engaging. My company is an events agency. I will also need later on logo to be rebranded and then whenever I have a request for pitch, someone who can create for me designs for email tempate.
