At Hepler Land Holdings, we’re a multi-seven-figure U.S.-based land flipping and development company buying rural land and distressed real estate nationwide. We have more warm seller leads than our team can currently handle. That’s why we’re bringing on a Lead Manager who can qualify, organize, and hand off deals to our closers—fast and accurately.

This is NOT a freelance side hustle. This is a serious career-track role for someone ready to work hard, get paid well, and build a future in real estate.

???? What You’ll Be Doing (Your Zone of Genius)
Be the first point of contact for warm and inbound seller leads via phone, text, and CRM
Run discovery calls to understand seller motivation, timeline, property details, and price
Qualify and rate every lead using our proven internal scripts and qualification checklist
Set up appointments and pass hot leads to our Acquisitions team
Track every call, text, and status update in our CRM (Follow Up Boss) like a pro
Follow up with unresponsive leads consistently to revive cold opportunities
Report on lead KPIs and pipeline progress weekly

???? Who You Are (We Only Hire A-Players)
Fluent in English with clear, confident communication and emotional intelligence
A follow-up machine who thrives on keeping the pipeline clean, organized, and moving
Obsessed with CRM hygiene, notes, reminders, and no-lead-left-behind systems
Able to build rapport quickly and control conversations using structured scripts
Comfortable making 40–60+ calls per day and managing a high volume of texts
Coachable, hungry, and looking for long-term stability + growth
Bonus: Experience in real estate, land, BPO, or inside sales
Bonus: Want to grow into a Closer or Sales Manager role—we promote from within

$1,200–$2,00/month base to start
Performance bonuses tied to appoitments and contracts

Fully remote role | EST hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST) required
