? [HIRING] Rockstar VA + Online Business Manager for Therapist & Breakup Coach

Are you a proactive, organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven businesses? Do you love managing backend systems, client experience, and content flow — and actually making things easier for your CEO?

I’m looking for someone who’s more than just task-based — someone who thinks, plans, and builds.

This role is for you if:
• You’ve supported a therapist, coach, or content creator before
• You love organizing chaos, building structure, and making systems run smoothly
• You’re confident managing calendars, DMs, client onboarding, emails, and team comms
• You can build and maintain systems inside platforms like ClickUp, ConvertKit, Canva, Zoom, Skool, Slack, and Google Drive
• You’re emotionally intelligent, spiritually grounded, and able to hold space for sensitive or trauma-informed work

Role Breakdown (You’ll Own These Areas):
• Admin + Operations: Inbox, calendar, DM screening, booking, SOPs, client tracking
• Content Support: Formatting captions, repurposing content, posting to IG/Facebook
• Client Experience: Onboarding/offboarding, contracts, community management, email sequences
• Systems & Tech: Workflow automations, file organization (Google Drive + Dropbox), backend setup and cleanup
• Project Management: Coordinating launches, weekly team tasks, and making sure NOTHING slips through the cracks

Tools We Use (You should know or be ready to learn fast):
• ClickUp, ConvertKit, Canva, Slack, Zoom, Opus.pro, Notion, Google Workspace, Instagram/Facebook scheduling tools, Skool, and possibly Kajabi or Dubsado

Bonus if you:
• Are familiar with coaching, therapy, or trauma-informed content
• Can write captions or email drafts that sound like my voice
• Understand how to turn long-form videos into usable social content
• Know how to build branded PDFs and client-facing resources

• Long-term role with room to grow, take ownership, and build systems from scratch
