About the Role
I'm looking for a highly capable, tech-savvy assistant who can help me optimize my workflow and reclaim valuable time. This role focuses on creating and maintaining efficient systems, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and proactively managing administrative aspects of my business and personal life.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to build and maintain organizational systems with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do
Email
Ensure no important

Unsubscribe from unnecessary newsletters and organize remaining ones by category
Develop and implement
Manage LinkedIn inbox and communications
Screen and prioritize connection requests and messages
Financial Management
Process invoices and follow up with clients for payments
Track accounts receivable and manage payment timelines
Manage and categorize expenses
Process receipts and maintain financial documentation
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
Prepare expense reports as needed
Meeting & Project Support
Extract action items fro
Organize and track tasks in project management tools
Follow up on action items and commitments
Prepare materials for upcoming meetings
Digital Organization
Set up and maintain a structured Notion workspace
Document and improve processes and workflows
Ensure information is easily accessible and logically organized
Create templates and systems for recurring workflows
Content Management
Build and maintain a content calendar
Basic content creation and editing for podcasts and other media
Prepare and edit audio/video content using simple editing tools
Organize content assets and resources
Track publication schedules and deadlines
Help coordinate content creation process
What I'm Looking For
Technical Proficiency
Strong comfort with technology and ability to learn new tools quickly

AI Fluency
