Now Hiring: Ecommerce Shopify Email Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a full-time Email Customer Support Representative to assist our Shopify store customers with inquiries, order issues, and general support. If you have a passion for A-PLAYER customer service and experience with eCommerce, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:

Hours:
• 7-8 hours per day, 7 days a week

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with order tracking, refunds, and product inquiries
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions

Requirements:
• Experience in email customer support (preferably with Shopify & Gorgias)
• Strong written communication skills
• Positive attitude, open to feedback, eager to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable working with reasonable target KPIs
• Reliable internet connection

Compensation:
• Hourly rate to be discussed
• Bonuses for high-quality and consistent output
