Are you a social media-savvy, Canva-loving, automation-obsessed VA looking for your next adventure?

We’re building something big — SeXhibition is Australia’s newest and boldest lifestyle and entertainment expo. We're looking for a part-time or full-time Virtual Assistant to join our remote team and help bring this brand to life across social, funnels, and the digital universe.

What You'll Be Doing:
Social Media Management & Engagement – Plan, post, and interact across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Content Creation – Static posts, stories, reels, and short-form video (bonus if you’ve used AI video tools or are keen to learn)

Graphic Design – Canva-based visuals that look sharp, clean, and grab attention

GoHighLevel Automation – Manage funnels, CRM, workflows, email and SMS automations

Affiliate Management – Set up and run our GHL affiliate program

Ads Support – Experience with Meta Ad Manager is a big plus

Skills & Traits We’re Looking For:
Confident with GoHighLevel (GHL) — this is non-negotiable

Experienced with social media account management

Strong written English

Good design eye, especially with Canva

Bonus skills: AI tools, video editing, affiliate marketing, copywriting

Independent, fast to execute, eager to learn

Hours & Pay:
Part-time or Full-time (we’re open depending on your skill set and rate)

Pay based on experience and availability

Weekly payments via Wise or PayPal

Long-term role with room to grow
