Spanish & English-Speaking Representative

Hiring QUALIFIED Candidate that speaks PROFICIENTLY in SPANISH & ENGLISH and has EXCELLENT speaking skills to provide great customer service during INBOUND CALLS. Hired Candidate will receive inbound calls in Spanish & English and must speak Comfortably & Confidentially when addressing callers concerns. Inbound calls will be about different types of calls from prospects making RSVPs to attend events to scheduling appts from prospects that are responding to a marketing lead piece. LASTLY, applying Candidate will also do few outbound calls and data entry assignments. Candidate MUST be 25 years or older.


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & other Requirements
1. MUST have 1 year or more of experience in Inbound phone support or customer service rep in the SPANISH language.
2. IN ADDITION, must have 1 year or more of experience in OUTBOUND or COLD CALLING in the English language
3. Have EXCELLENT speaking skills and KNOW how to make prospects feel comfortable & build trust OVER THE PHONE
4. Need to have fast internet and a reliable Computer or Laptop


LANGUAGE & AGE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Speak/Write in SPANISH proficiently
1. Speak/Write in ENGLISH proficiently
2. Must 25 years or older


WORK SCHEDULE:
Work schedule is a part-time schedule, requiring to work 4-5 hours per day for 5 days a week.
Days and Hours to work are Monday to Friday from 2pm to 6pm or 7pm MST Arizona time.

ADDITIONAL INFO
1. This position is a permanent part time job, and a full-time shift could be available after 6 months of being hired
2. Hourly pay rate will be increased to $6 dlls per hour after working 90 days
3 Annual evaluations will be conducted to review Employee's performance which will determine new pay rate
4. 13th Month Bonus is available AND Vacation Paid Time off will be available AND Emergency/Sick time off will be available
5. Periodically Monthly, Project, and Annual Bonuses will be available that range from $50 dlls to $300 dlls per Bonus
