Video editor

I'm looking for a video editor to edit a series of videos. I work at a college and I travel during the summer months representing the college I work for. I want to document all of our travels throughout the summer months and make a "behind-the-scenes/documentary/vlog" type of video. I want the shots that we send you of the week to be edited into episodes each week. I want each episode to be at least 8 minutes long, preferably longer. You will not be considered for this project unless you send me a link or a project that you've worked on in the past. Please respond to this job posting with "Purple monkeys" as the very first words. My goal is to make a series that we'll release on social media of what it's like to travel for a college all summer long representing the school. I know it won't be on the same level, but I'd like to go for the feel of "Art of the Surge." It's a behind the scenes documentary of the Trump campaign. I want to show people what it's like to travel in a Public Relations group.
I would like for each episode to be finished as soon as possible so that we can post it every other week to our social media channels. In an ideal world, I'd love to post once a week throughout the summer. However, I'm not sure how much access I'll have to Wi-Fi. This gig would start at the end of May and go through the first week in August. I don't know how many hours to put in the "desired number of hours per week" because it may take some people more, it may take some people less.
