Job Overview:

We’re hiring a skilled and reliable eBay Virtual Assistant to help grow and scale our dropshipping business. Your primary focus will be manual product research and manual listing of 50 products daily, with title optimization.

No tools will be provided during the first phase. However, based on your performance, access to tools like Zik Analytics or AutoDS may be granted in future phases.

Responsibilities:
• Research winning and trending products manually from U.S.-based suppliers
• Create 50 optimized eBay listings per day (no copy-paste or duplicate content)
• Write SEO-rich titles using manual research and common sense
• Fill out and update a daily Google Sheet with progress
• Add tracking numbers to orders (when assigned)
• Fulfill customer orders and respond to buyer messages (when assigned)
• Cross-listing to platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Mercari, etc. when requested
• Follow daily/weekly workflow consistently without supervision

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on eBay dropshipping experience
• Must be skilled in manual listing and title optimization
• Strong knowledge of eBay platform rules and listing policies
• Fluent in English (written)
• Able to track work daily via Google Sheets
• Must have a reliable internet connection and laptop/PC
• Self-disciplined, consistent, and honest
• Must have knowledge of tools like Zik Analytics, AutoDS, or similar
(You won’t be using them at first, but you must know how they work)

Bonus (Preferred but not required):
• Experience with cross-listing tools or manual posting to other platforms
• Familiar with AutoDS, DSM Tool, FBMP listing, and product sourcing from Amazon, Walmart, etc.
