HTML/CSS Developer (Freelance or Part-Time)

Looking to hire a creative and detail-oriented HTML/CSS designer to help with styling and layout for web projects. You should be able to turn mockups or rough ideas into clean, responsive, and well-styled pages.

Must-Have Skills:
• Strong HTML5 & CSS3 knowledge
• Ability to design visually appealing layouts
• Responsive design experience (mobile & desktop)
• Pixel-perfect attention to detail
• Fast turnaround and good communication

Bonus Skills:
• Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• Basic understanding of animations or transitions
• Familiarity with Figma or similar tools
