Virtual Assistant for Influencer Outreach & Lead Generation (Social Media Focused)

I’m launching a new app and looking for a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to help with:
- Finding and contacting influencers (mainly TikTok, possibly Instagram)
- Managing influencer communication via email and DMs
- Assisting with a mass email outreach strategy (tools will be provided)
- Tracking outreach efforts and follow-ups in a spreadsheet or CRM
- Helping with simple social media tasks (posting, replying to DMs/comments)

Can learn on the job but looking for someone with:
- Some experience with lead generation or influencer outreach
- Strong written English
- Comfortable with TikTok/Instagram influencer landscape
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (or willing to learn)
- Detail-oriented and organized. Good at tracking tasks and responses
- Communicates regularly
- Experience with tools like Instantly, GMass, or Lemlist would be nice to have

Looking for someone to work part time around 4-5 hrs a day. On the low end initially.
