Part-Time Video Editor (Short & Long Form for Ads + Social Media)

JM Growth Co. is a fast-growing U.S.-based business education company. We help entrepreneurs grow their businesses using simple systems — and now we’re looking for a skilled video editor to turn raw footage into powerful marketing content.

This is a task-focused role with opportunity for long-term growth.

???? What You’ll Do:
Edit long-form videos for our website, webinars, and training content

Create short-form videos for ads and organic social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Add subtitles, music, transitions, call-outs, and effects to improve watch time and engagement

Follow our brand style (font, colors, tone) to keep everything consistent

Turn around projects quickly with clear communication and minimal hand-holding

???? You MUST:
Have experience editing both short and long-form video

Know how to structure videos to hook attention and keep viewers engaged

Be proficient in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut

Know how to edit in vertical and horizontal formats for different platforms

Be available to work during U.S. business hours

Communicate clearly using WhatsApp, email, and Google Meet

Experience editing for business coaches, online education, or marketing brands

Ability to repurpose content into reels, shorts, and other formats

Graphic design skills or motion graphics (Canva, After Effects, etc.)
