$1,000/month (depending on experience)

WishTreeBNB is a growing short-term rental brand focused on creating warm, beautifully designed stays that feel like home. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence, attract future guests, and support not just our properties—but also a small group of independent short-term rental hosts we work closely with.

In this role, you'll manage content for WishTreeBNB as well as 4–5 individual hosts, each with their own properties and branding needs. You’ll help bring each of their stories to life across social media platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, stories, Reels) across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

Highlight our stays, guest experiences, and local travel recommendations

Create and manage content calendars for multiple accounts

Respond to messages, comments, and build community engagement

Track performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, bookings) and adjust strategies

Run and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns

Stay up to date on trends in travel, social media, and short-term rentals

Work individually with 4–5 different hosts, tailoring your approach for each

What We’re Looking For:

Experience managing social media accounts (bonus if in travel, hospitality, or real estate)

Strong visual eye and ability to tell a compelling story through content

Comfortable using Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Planoly

Proven experience creating and managing Facebook and Instagram ads

Organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
