Job Description:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-driven Market Research Analyst & Data Scrubber to support our land real estate acquisition and development efforts. This role is critical in identifying land investment opportunities, validating lead data, and providing accurate, actionable market intelligence. The ideal candidate understands real estate market dynamics, especially land, and can manage large data sets with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research
• Conduct market research focused on vacant land, subdividable parcels, and development potential across targeted counties, states, and metro areas.
• Analyze zoning data, land use trends, comps, demographics, infrastructure plans, and economic indicators to support acquisition strategy.
• Compile research reports and data visualizations that inform pricing, risk, and market-entry decisions.
• Present research findings to the team
Data Scrubbing
• Clean up property and landowner data by checking for duplicates, errors, or missing info.
• Use county websites, maps, and spreadsheets to make sure the information is accurate.
• Organize and improve large lists so our team can use them for direct mail or outreach.

Compensation & Benefits:
• $4/hour (paid weekly or bi-weekly)

Work Schedule:
Part time: 10-20 hours per week Monday-Friday
