Power BI & Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly-skilled Virtual Assistant specializing in Power BI and Business Intelligence to build, manage, and optimize live dashboards for a multi-business operation. This role involves integrating real-time data from logistics operations, restaurant branches across multiple countries, and cloud kitchen projects, ensuring seamless reporting and KPI monitoring.

Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain real-time Power BI dashboards for Logistics, Restaurants, and Cloud Kitchens.
• Build sub-dashboards for specific KPIs, inventory tracking, sales performance, and delivery times.
• Connect data sources from Google Sheets, Excel, SQL Databases, and APIs for live updates.
• Sync with restaurant POS systems and logistics tracking software.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports highlighting key metrics.
• Monitor performance, spot anomalies, and recommend adjustments.
• Troubleshoot any issues with data syncing or visualizations.
• Optimize dashboards for speed and accuracy.
