Full-Time Live Transfer Representative

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Live Transfer rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to Medicare leads, pre-qualifying prospects, and transferring them directly to a sales agent. Your primary objective is to connect potential clients with our sales team efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to Medicare leads and other health insurance leads using an automated dialer.
Pre-Qualification: Ask simple, scripted questions to determine if prospects meet basic criteria for our services.
Live Transfers: Directly transfer qualified prospects to an available sales agent.
Script Adherence: Follow a structured call script to maintain consistency.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with prospects.

Requirements:
Fluent English Communication: Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional tone.
Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in Medicare or health insurance is preferred.
Familiarity with Tools: Experience using Go High Level and Ring Central is a plus.
Technical Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection, a headset, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Schedule: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CST (with a 30 minute lunch break).
Compensation: Competitive base pay of $300 per week, paid Fridays.
