????? What You’ll Be Doing
• Publishing SEO-optimized content using Elementor (WordPress)
• Using Surfer SEO to create and edit articles
• Running keyword research via SEMrush and our existing frameworks
• Updating and optimizing existing blog posts and landing pages
• Creating local SEO pages targeting “commercial waste + location” terms
• Collaborating via Trello/Slack and following clear SOPs

? Must-Have Experience
• WordPress + Elementor (you’ll be building pages weekly)
• Surfer SEO or equivalent on-page tools (Frase, Clearscope, etc.)
• SEMrush (for keyword research, backlink tracking, etc.)
• Writing content in fluent, clean English (no spin garbage)
• Basic SEO strategy understanding (H1s, meta, internal links, schema)
• Comfortable working to KPIs like traffic growth and ranking goals

???? Bonus (But Not Required)
• Experience with UK-based service businesses
• Link building (white-hat only)
• Technical SEO (site speed, crawl errors, etc.)
