Responsibilities (Tasks You’ll Own)
Outreach & Engagement
* Build and maintain a CRM (GoHighLevel)
* Cold + warm outreach (email & LinkedIn)
* Podcast & public speaking outreach for our Founder
* Write & post Darren’s LinkedIn posts using GPT (with tone guidance)
* Support LinkedIn engagement (comments, DMs, invites)


Marketing Support
* Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram
* Knowledge of how to post and engage on TikTok and YouTube shorts
* Write scripts for our Breakdown video series
* Post content to Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts (assets provided)
* Build and send monthly newsletters
* Help create a custom GPT assistant for newsletters
* Find music tracks for edits (with references provided)
* Update website (using briefs and clear direction)

Production & Scoping Support
* Assist with scheduling, crew coordination, and location/talent sourcing
* Create RFP drafts using templates
* Gather info to support pricing/scoping documents


You’re a Great Fit If You...
* Write and communicate clearly in English
* Are organized, proactive, and love making things run smoother
* Have experience with LinkedIn and social media content

* Are proficient in tools like GoHighLevel, Chat GPT, Teams, ---------- , Google Workspace, Mailchimp, Canva
* Have a deep understanding of ChatGPT and training GPTs
* Bonus: You’ve worked in a marketing agency or content production environment
