About the Role
Perserva Real Estate is hiring a Remote Cold Caller to support our lead generation efforts. You will be the first point of contact with property owners, identifying potential sellers and gathering key property information. This is a critical front-line role that feeds our acquisitions pipeline with qualified leads.
We’re looking for someone confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and quick to adapt during conversations. Training and scripts will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
--Make outbound calls to property owners from a call list or dialer
--Use a script to qualify seller motivation and gather property details
--Identify and tag warm or interested leads in the CRM
--Take detailed notes on each call and update records accurately
--Set appointments or flag leads for the acquisitions team to follow up
--Follow call performance metrics and hit weekly activity targets

Requirements
--Technical Requirements:
--Fluent English speaker with a neutral or minimal accent
--High-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
--Laptop/desktop with a quiet environment and noise-canceling headset
--Experience using dialers (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, or similar)
--Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Sheets)
--CRM experience preferred (Podio or similar)

Soft Skills:
--Confident, calm, and professional voice on the phone
--Thick-skinned: can handle rejections and keep dialing
--Strong attention to detail and note-taking
--Consistent, punctual, and able to self-manage without micromanagement
--Fast learner with the ability to follow scripts while sounding natural
