We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our growing team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships, and closing sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with people, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with tea
Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports
Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and trends
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a sales agent or in a similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus
