Senior Meta Farmer (Facebook Profile Creator & Warmer)

Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time (or milestone-based)
Pay: Starts at $250/month

Role Summary:
We’re hiring a high-level Meta farmer to create, warm, and fix Facebook profiles for ad operations. You’ll be responsible for producing stable, ad-ready profiles and troubleshooting them when Meta flags them. Whether it’s a video selfie block, ID lock, or unusual activity alert, you must know how to recover or replace.

You must understand the full lifecycle: from account creation to BM setup and ad readiness.

1. Profile Creation
Create high-quality Facebook profiles with unique names, verified emails, and phone numbers

Use anti-detect browsers (Multilogin, AdsPower, Octobrowser) and assign proper 4G/residential proxies

Keep fingerprints and device environments completely isolated

2. Warm-Up & Behavior Simulation
Perform human-like activity over 3–5 days:

Browse feed, react to posts, watch reels, join groups, message friends

Avoid suspicious actions like frequent logins, random IP switches, or bot-like movement

3. Issue Resolution (Fixing & Recovery)
Fix flagged accounts: selfie requests, ID verifications, unusual activity, locked sessions

Reset passwords, handle appeals, reset cookies/device if needed

Replace only when the issue is unfixable (recovery comes first)

Keep a log of all fixed accounts and methods used

4. Documentation & Delivery
Track everything in our Google Sheet:


Email, password, phone, proxy, browser used, creation date, status

Deliver tested accounts with cookie/JSON export and proper login info

Mark status: Warming / Ready / Flagged / Fixed / Replaced / Delivered

Performance Expectations:
80%+ of profiles survive 3–5 days of warming

90%+ fix rate on flagged/selfie accounts

Fast turnaround: fixes within 24h max

Less than 5% total profile loss after fix attempts

Required Skills:
Deep knowledge of Facebook systems (flags, bans, bans-after-spend, BM thresholds)

Anti-detect tools: Multilogin / GoLogin / AdsPower

4G & residential proxies (setup, rotation, hygiene)

Recovery & troubleshooting (SMS, email unlocks, ID submissions)
