Job Overview
We're seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support our growing agency with creator outreach, copywriting, and general administrative tasks. You'll be the backbone of our operations, helping us connect with potential clients, craft compelling messages, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in the fast-paced creator economy.
Responsibilities

Creator Outreach (40%)

Research and identify content creators with 10k+ followers focusing on AI, business, and personal development
Execute outreach campaigns via Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, and email
Create personalized Loom videos for cold outreach
Track communications and follow up with potential clients
Schedule discovery calls for qualified leads

Content & Copywriting (30%)

Write compelling email copy for various campaign stages
Craft persuasive social media content
Create and edit client presentations
Help with basic sales copy for landing pages
Develop outreach templates that can be personalized

General Administrative Support (30%)

Manage calendar and schedule meetings
Organize digital files and maintain CRM systems
Track project deadlines and ensure timely delivery
Handle basic customer service inquiries
Assist with research tasks as needed
Process basic financial tasks like invoicing

Requirements

2+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in marketing or with content creators
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn
Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools
Comfortable with video messaging tools like Loom
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Basic understanding of sales funnels and marketing concepts
Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
Knowledge of the creator economy landscape (preferred)

Nice to Have

Experience with Manychat or similar automation tools
Familiarity with Skool or other community platforms
Basic graphic design skills
Experience with content creators or influencer marketing
Understanding of AI tools and automation

Hours and Availability

20-30 hours per week
Flexible scheduling, but some overlap with US business hours required
Consistent communication and availability during agreed working hours
