This is a long-term opportunity to grow with a fun, high-performance team in the real estate investing world. You’ll get paid to talk, sharpen your communication skills, and help us find amazing off-market land deals by simply having conversations with landowners and builders. And don’t worry—you’ll be trained. If you’re coachable, clear-speaking, and consistent, we’ll help you grow fast.

Role Overview:
- Position: Cold Caller / Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Land Wholesaling Division
- Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)
- Location: 100% Remote — Work From Anywhere
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate + Bonuses for qualified leads
- Training Provided: Yes, full onboarding and mentorship from our team

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Call U.S. landowners and builders using our dialer and pre-written scripts
- Start real conversations, build rapport, and ask qualifying questions
- Take detailed notes and submit leads to our acquisition team
- Follow up with warm leads and update records in our CRM
- Grow your skillset weekly through ongoing coaching
- This is NOT a high-pressure sales role. You’re not closing deals — you’re starting conversations that lead to deals.

Ideal Candidate Traits:
- Speaks near-perfect English — clear, professional, and confident
- Call center experience (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day
- Real estate experience is a huge bonus, but not required
- Strong listener, asks good questions, and builds trust quickly
- Tech-comfortable: You can manage multiple tools (dialer, CRM, scripts)
- Consistent, self-motivated, and open to feedback
