Duda & WordPress Developer (Freelance/Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced web developer proficient in Duda and WordPress to join our growing digital agency on a freelance, per-project basis, with the potential for permanent placement on our core team. Ideal candidates will be efficient, detail-oriented, and able to produce clean, professional websites quickly while adhering to industry-standard SEO and branding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop responsive and visually appealing websites primarily using Duda and WordPress.

-Must be EXTREMELY conscious of mobile optimizations and UX.

-Ensure rapid turnaround times on assigned website projects.

-Implement basic on-page SEO strategies, including proper header structure, effective internal linking, code minification, and page speed optimization.

-Clearly portray client branding and deliver polished, professional website designs.

-Collaborate closely with our team to ensure projects align with client expectations and agency standards.

Required Skills:

-Proven experience developing websites using Duda and WordPress.

-SUPER detail-oriented and driven to produce the best possible product.

-NO HEAVY CODING, we must be able to duplicate these sites and use them again in the future. We've seen to many issues with heavy code on sites. The more custom code we have, the more it seems to break.

-Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices.

-Familiarity with performance optimization techniques, including code minification and page speed improvements.

-Strong design sensibility with the ability to reflect branding accurately and professionally.

-Excellent time management and organizational skills.

-Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate project statuses.

-MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER

Compensation & Terms:

-Competitive compensation is determined by skill level and the quality of delivered projects.

-Pay on a per-project basis.

-Part-time, as-needed workload with flexible scheduling.
