About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented, and driven Executive Assistant to join our growing team. This is not a robotic, repetitive task job. It’s a dynamic, fast-paced role for someone who loves variety, creativity, and teamwork. You’ll be involved in everything from content creation to project management, and you’ll work closely with a fast-moving executive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Assisting with creative content and project coordination
-Writing, proofreading, and managing communication pieces
-Light video editing and graphic design using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe
-Organizing tasks, following up on deadlines, and keeping things moving
-Helping brainstorm and implement new ideas
-Supporting an executive with a lot going on who needs someone they can count on

What You Need to Bring:

-Excellent English (written and spoken)
-High attention to detail
-Coachable and willing to learn
-Great communicator
-Lots of energy and a strong sense of ownership
-A love of working on a team
-Solid internet and a reliable, focused workspace

Tools You Should Know or Be Ready to Learn Fast:

-CapCut
-Canva
-Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
-Basic graphic design skills
-Bonus if you have experience building websites or funnels
