Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, versatile tea ---------- mber to serve as a Client Success & Executive Assistant with a strong focus on thought leadership. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to work directly with leadership to shape client experience, strategic communication, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Success (50%)
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring we deliver on our value proposition in risk advisory and internal audit services.

Monitor and track client engagement, identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, and propose additional project scopes.

Collaborate with engagement leads to deliver a consistent and white-glove client experience.

Research and recommend speaking opportunities, industry events, and networking forums to position our brand and leaders in front of relevant tech and finance audiences.

Executive Support (25%)
Act as the primary point of outreach for speaking engagements, panel opportunities, webinars, and prospective thought leadership clients.

Proactively research and coordinate opportunities where Cherry Hill Advisory can showcase its expertise in risk advisory, internal audit, and strategy for high-growth tech companies.

Manage logistics and communications with event organizers, podcast hosts, and editorial teams.

Support the Managing Partner with scheduling, follow-ups, and presentation materials tailored to each opportunity.

Maintain a pipeline of upcoming and target engagements, ensuring consistent visibility in relevant industry forums.


Thought Leadership & Content Marketing (25%)
Support the creation and distribution of thought leadership content, such as blog posts, case studies, social media updates, and email campaigns.

Draft, edit, and repurpose client success stories and industry insights to share across Cherry Hill Advisory’s platforms.

Collaborate with leadership to develop positioning and messaging that reflects our expertise in risk advisory and internal audit services.
