Awesome Telesales Person Needed - US Franchise or Advertising Industry Telemarketing experience preferred.

We own several franchise marketing service companies and need some telemarketing support - hopefully you can help!

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR


1) You Suit Our Style of Online work - You're based in the Philippines - but English is essentially your first language, you're PROFICIENT at written and spoken English, and can speak with little or no discernible accent. - You're tech-comfortable. If you can have ever edited a website or made an online posting, chances are you've got enough internet chops to work with us. - You've got reliable high-speed internet connection with reliable phone/cell service.

2) You can work independently once training and knowledge transfers are done. I travel and work nonstop and I am always available to help, but often I am simply not available for a day or two at a time. That said, you will report to our Operations Coordinator, May, and she is always available and located in the Philippines.

3) You Really (and truly) enjoy Telemarketing. While most of the projects you will manage are "telesales light" and "warm" calls and follow up to previous sales efforts, there is still that frustration of calls that aren't taken or returned, prospects that over-commit and the rest of the bag of issues that come with telesales. That said, you will only be calling prospects in the franchising industryand essentially all of them will know of our company and its reputation. I just want to hire someone who "enjoys" this work, rather than square peg someone into the work. Of course, full product and service training will be provided.

4) Ideally, we are looking for candidates with some advertising and marketing related sales ---------- itally you will be inviting Franchisors to list their franchise offerings on our Online Franchise ---------- TAILS

Timeline: Starting as soon as I find someone qualified. ASAP would be nice, although I don't need to rush.

30-Day Trial: We'll start with a 30-day trial to see how it goes. If we both like the experience, we'll carry on.

Hours: Full-time USA work hours.
