THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

We’re seeking an Admin Assistant who can bring order, systems, and energy to our growing company. You’ll be responsible for documenting and improving internal processes, managing general administrative tasks, handling communications, and supporting the broader team with day-to-day operations.

You'll play a key role in creating a smooth and efficient back-end that helps us deliver unforgettable travel experiences to our clients.

PAY AND BENEFITS

• Pay: $3–$5 USD/hour
• Paid monthly via Wise
• 13th-month pay as standard
• Paid time off for vacations
• 6-month performance and salary reviews
• Starting at 20 hours per week
• Flexible schedule with a 2-hour daily overlap with UK office hours
• Long-term position with room to grow
