Are you a results-driven social media expert who knows how to turn views into sales leads?
A well-established car dealership in Ireland, is seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager who’s not just creative—but also focused on lead generation and growing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and manage our presence on
Create lead-focused campaigns and ads to generate real inquiries and interest in our cars.
Edit and post high-impact short-form videos (reels, stories, TikToks).
Set up and manage
Plan and manage content calendars aligned with sales goals.
Monitor ad performance, follower growth, and leads generated.
Engage with followers, reply to DMs/comments, and build an active community.
Participate in weekly Zoom calls to review strategy and results.
You Must Have:
Proven experience in social media management with a strong focus on lead generation.
Solid video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and retargeting strategies.
A creative, analytical mindset with the ability to test and optimize.
Excellent English (spoken and written).
Strong time management and communication skills.
Experience in the car dealership industry is a major advantage.
Work Setup:
Part-time: 10 hours per week
Weekly Zoom calls to track performance and align strategy
Time must be tracked using TimeProof or another approved tool for accountability
Results and lead generation are key performance indicators
