Thumbnail Designer For New Start Up

We are seeking a talented and experienced part time Thumbnail Designer to join our start up!
You will be responsible for creating mainly engaging and visually appealing thumbnails for our new Youtube channel, with the potential to assist with other design needs (e.g., banners, Instagram posts).

Responsibilities:
Create 3 thumbnail per week with 2 variations (different colors).
Deliver a minimum of 12 thumbnail designs per month.
Ensure thumbnails align with the style and quality of the examples provided (link below).
Occasionally assist with additional design projects, such as YouTube banners or social media posts.
Make revisions to designs when necessary based on feedback.

Requirements:
Experience in creating YouTube thumbnails (portfolio or previous work is required).
Ability to replicate and model ALL thumbnails similar to the examples provided.
Submit completed thumbnails on time
Willingness to participate in a trial - trial thumbnail can be watermarked
Must be available to start ASAP

Create 1 thumbnail with our instructions
Instructions and inspiration for thumbnails will be given 3 days before the deadline.
Please allow 2-5 days to respond to your application
