SEO and Marketing Virtual Assistant

Role: Marketing Virtual Assistant (SEO & Content Creation Expertise)
Pay: Up to $9 USD/hour (based on experience and skills)
Schedule: Full-time (8 hours/day), aligned with U.S. business hours

Key Qualifications:

Must-have: Experience with SEO tools and local SEO strategies
Must-have: Social media management and content creation for Facebook & Instagram
Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong research abilities, especially via Google Maps and local tools
Excellent written English and copywriting skills
Bonus: Experience with email marketing and Reddit engagement
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Comfortable using platforms like Notion, SurferSEO, and Merchynt
Self-driven and proactive work style
Experience in referral marketing and partnership outreach
Familiarity with time-tracking tools like Hubstaff

Primary Responsibilities:

Execute local SEO strategies for multiple locations (Core task)
Develop content from provided materials (Core task)
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta
Conduct market research using online tools
Drive brand visibility through Reddit and referral initiatives
Support occasional admin tasks for the operations team
Design and execute email marketing campaigns
Collaborate with local partners for outreach and lead generation
Utilize tools such as Notion, SurferSEO, Merchynt, Paige, and Google Local Services
