The Original Poop Bags® is hiring a Full-Time Sales Appointment Booker!
We’re looking for a driven communicator with a sharp eye for sales opportunities. If you’re skilled at booking qualified calls, handling warm leads, and creating real conversations that turn into sales, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
• Appointment Setting: Reach out to warm leads via phone,
• CRM Management: Update lead activity, contact status, and call notes accurately using HubSpot or similar tools.
• Lead Follow-Up: Nurture and re-engage cold or inactive leads through strategic follow-ups.
• Calendar Coordination: Ensure smooth hand-offs and timely scheduling for sales reps across time zones.
• Script & Strategy Refinement: Work with the team to improve outreach templates and booking strategies.
• Pipeline Support: Help prioritize high-intent prospects for our sales closers based on lead behavior and interest level.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or inside sales
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong phone presence and confidence in outbound outreach
• Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Willing to work from 4 PM to 12 AM (Philippines time), Monday to Friday
