We’re hiring an Organizational Development Coordinator to support the People Ops and Process Engineering teams in rolling out improvements, tracking change initiatives, and keeping projects moving. This is not a leadership or strategist role, it’s a great fit for someone starting in OD who wants hands-on experience in building better ways of working.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in rolling out changes like process updates, team restructuring, or new tools
- Coordinate surveys and collect feedback to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
- Support goal-setting and performance tracking efforts
- Help document SOPs and process updates in tools like Notion
- Follow up on task owners and keep accountability clear in change initiatives
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of admin, HR, operations, or VA work experience
- Comfortable using G Suite and learning tools like Airtable, Notion, and ChatGPT
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up on tasks
- Interest in learning OD, People Ops, or Process Improvement (no prior deep experience required)
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
- Previous experience supporting process improvement or cross-functional projects
Success in this role looks like
- OD projects are delivered on time and adopted across teams
- Process blockers are flagged early and followed through
- Updates and documentation are clear, accurate, and shared promptly
