What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a group of from 4-6 operators
• KPI Monitoring
• Increase the quality of our conversation
•Engaging in friendly and warm conversations with TOP customers on our website ????
• Responding to questions in real-time and maintaining active dialogue ????
