Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Creative Marketing and Graphic Design Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong design skills who can drive brand engagement, boost online presence, and contribute to meeting monthly sales targets through innovative campaigns and visually compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communications and branding strategies to support business goals
- Plan and execute creative campaigns to meet monthly sales targets across multiple platforms
- Manage content creation and engagement for online social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Lead and support PR marketing efforts, including public relations materials and media coordination
- Conduct B2B marketing initiatives to generate leads and business partnerships
- Coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for engagement and retention
- Design and implement online advertising campaigns via Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and SEO strategies
- Execute e-commerce marketing initiatives on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Zalora, Etsy, and Amazon
- Oversee and mentor marketing interns, ensuring alignment with branding and content standards
- Create and produce graphic design materials, including promotional content, digital ads, and branding assets for both online and print
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, design, or related roles
- Preferably with prior experience in the same or similar industry
- Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing software
- Strong design sense and creative mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media marketing, copywriting, and >>Facebook community management
- Experienced in e-commerce operations and marketing, particularly on Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, and Zalora
- Must reside in or near Pasig City
