Job Overview

We’re a fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty and fashion brand based in the US, helping women feel confident and comfortable in there own way and style. As we scale, we’re hiring a Freelance/part-time Customer Support Representative to help us maintain a smooth, high-touch customer experience. This is a remote freelance role with flexible hours and long-term potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Replying to customer emails via Freshdesk
Handling order lookups, refund requests, and shipping issues
Managing Shopify backend for order edits, resends, or notes
Translating messages (when needed) using DeepL
Helping customers feel supported, even when they’re upset
Reporting any ticket trends or common issues
We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Is fluent in written English and clear communication
Has Shopify + Freshdesk experience (bonus: ecommerce DTC brands)
Stays calm and proactive with complaints or delays
Has a strong sense of organization and attention to detail
Can work 5–15 hours/week, including some US daytime coverage
Is freelance/contract-based and okay with flexible hours
Pay & Hours

$3–$5/hour USD depending on experience
Freelance, part-time
Flexible hours (must reply to tickets within 24h or less)
